These include certification of signatures on powers of attorney, statements, and consent letters; authentication of document copies; preparation of affidavits; certification of translations; and verification of documents for use in Ukraine. The Consulate also handles wills, property-related authorizations, and applications for children’s travel consent. All notarial actions are performed exclusively by appointment to ensure verification of documents and identity. Appointments must be booked in advance through the Consulate’s official online booking system, as walk-ins are not accepted. Applicants should bring valid Ukrainian identification and originals of the documents to be notarized.
