Alternatively, a power of attorney can be notarized directly at the Embassy to ensure full compliance with Ukrainian consular requirements. The authorized person must bring the original POA, their valid passport or ID, and a copy of the applicant’s identification document. The Embassy will not release any documents without proper authorization and identity verification. This procedure ensures protection of personal data and prevents unauthorized collection of passports or other sensitive materials.
