Other UK work visas have narrower purposes: the Health and Care Worker visa is a subcategory with reduced fees and lower salary thresholds for qualified health/social care jobs; the Global Talent visa allows highly skilled individuals in academia, research, arts, or tech to work without a job offer, based on endorsement; the Temporary Worker visas (e.g., Charity Worker, Seasonal Worker, Government Authorised Exchange) are for short-term roles and do not usually lead to settlement.
