Пройти перевірку особистості та безпеки, яка включає перевірку кар'єри, медичний огляд та психологічне тестування. 3. Показати законну причину для володіння зброєю, таку як спортивна стрільба або полювання. 4. Дотримуватися всіх правил і обмежень щодо збереження та використання зброї, встановлених законодавством Великої Британії. 5. Іноземцям можуть бути накладені додаткові обмеження на отримання дозволу на збереження зброї у Великобританії.
10.11.2024 14:50:07 У Великій Британії діють одні з найсуворіших законів щодо володіння вогнепальною зброєю у світі. Іноземці, які бажають володіти зброєю на території країни, повинні дотримуватися таких вимог: Отримання відповідної ліцензії: Для володіння будь-яким видом вогнепальної зброї необхідно отримати ліцензію від місцевої поліції. Процес отримання включає перевірку особистості, медичного стану та наявності судимостей. Медична перевірка: Заявник повинен надати медичну довідку, що підтверджує відсутність психічних захворювань та інших станів, які можуть вплинути на безпечне поводження зі зброєю. З 1 листопада 2021 року всі заявки на отримання ліцензії доповнюються аналізом медичної інформації, отриманої від зареєстрованого лікаря, яка включає дані про психічне здоров'я, неврологічні стани та зловживання різними речовинами. Обґрунтування потреби: Заявник повинен надати вагомі підстави для володіння зброєю, такі як спортивна стрільба, полювання або професійна діяльність.
