The Ukrainian Embassy in London does not directly amend existing passports but can accept an application for a new biometric passport reflecting your new surname. You will need to provide your current Ukrainian passport, the legalized marriage certificate with translation, and two passport photographs. The Embassy will submit your biometric data and forward your application to the State Migration Service of Ukraine for processing. Once approved, the new passport will be issued under your updated surname. Alternatively, if you need to travel urgently, the Embassy can issue a temporary travel document until the new passport is ready.
