You’ll need: a valid Ukrainian passport; proof of legal stay in the UK (visa, BRP, residence permit); address confirmation (tenancy, utility bill, or council tax); and a completed registration form. Men aged 18–60 should also present a military registration document. Registration is free and does not affect your citizenship. It enables passport renewal, notarial acts, and consular protection.
