Do you need an apostille or consular legalisation? We will sort it out in one call

The Consultant team provides professional legal advice to citizens of any country who contact us in the United Kingdom.

One call — and you will know exactly how to prepare your documents for submission to any public or private institution abroad.
Apostille or legalisation of documents for use in other countries?
The rules for legalisation depend on:
- where the document was issued,
- in which country it will be used,
- what requirements are imposed by the receiving party.
If both countries are parties to the 1961 Hague Convention, an apostille is sufficient. If at least one of the countries is not a party to this convention, you will need to go through the consular legalisation procedure — through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the embassy and, if necessary, a notarised translation.
Consultant lawyers will provide an accurate answer during the first consultation:
- whether your document is subject to apostille or consular legalisation,
- in which authority this is done (in the United Kingdom, Ukraine or another country),
- what documents you need to provide to start the procedure.
