In August and September 2024, as part of an international business trip, I held important meetings with Ukraine's diplomatic representatives in the United States, where we discussed the prospects for cooperation in providing legal assistance to Ukrainian citizens residing in the United States. On August 26, 2024, I met with Natalia Musiyenko at the Consulate General of Ukraine in New York, and on September 10, 2024, I met with Dmytro Kushneruk at the Consulate General of Ukraine in San Francisco. During the meetings, the following key issues were discussed: 1. Collaboration between the CONSULTANT legal service and U.S. nonprofit organizations that support Ukrainians. 2. Providing free legal consultations for Ukrainians residing in the U.S. 3. Defining further joint steps in legal support for Ukrainian citizens in the respective states. The Consulate Generals of Ukraine in New York and San Francisco expressed their support for these initiatives aimed at protecting the rights and interests of Ukrainian citizens and their readiness to assist in their implementation within their authority. These meetings reflect our shared commitment to protecting the rights of Ukrainians abroad and our aspiration for effective cooperation with the Ukrainian diaspora and international partners.
