We are a modern and dynamic legal marketplace "CONSULTANT", actively developing in the legal services market. As a leading player in the legal services field, we constantly improve our processes and solutions to meet the highest customer demands.

 

Our team consists of highly qualified specialists, each of whom contributes to our overall success. To maintain high standards of work, ensure transparency, and ensure the accuracy of all processes, we are actively seeking an external sales department auditor (controller) who will provide objective and independent control over the execution of tasks and improve the efficiency of our team.

 

Vacancy: Sales Department Auditor

 

We invite a professional who can regularly monitor the work of our sales department, which consists of 7 sub-teams of 4-10 people, and the team size is constantly growing. Each department is led by a Team Lead, and all teams compete against each other based on key indicators – conversion and cash.

 

Currently, the control in our company is carried out by Team Leads over managers, marketers over Team Leads and managers, and the CEO controls the marketers. However, due to the close relationships within the team, there is a risk of covering up shortcomings, leading to a decline in the quality of lead processing and potential theft of leads from each other.

Responsibilities of the Sales Department Auditor

 

In this position, you will be responsible for:

 

  • Checking deleted leads. Regularly checking all deleted leads using a checklist to assess adherence to sales scripts. Close attention is required to track all stages: greeting, identifying needs, diagnosis, service proposal, closing the deal, and handling objections. Identifying any violations at these stages is critical for maintaining high standards. Each identified violation results in a fixed price payout, with income dependent on the number of violations detected.
  • Monitoring CRM usage. Another key function of the auditor is ensuring compliance with CRM system rules. This job includes analyzing and monitoring around 10,000 leads in the system. You need to ensure that each lead moves according to the established rules. Each violation detected will lead to financial compensation, encouraging attention to detail.
  • Conducting control calls. Performing control calls to managers and lawyers to check their integrity. This includes trying to identify unethical behavior, such as offering to send money to a personal account or moving the conversation to personal phones. Each violation found will result in a $1000 bonus for the auditor. This activity helps maintain the company’s reputation and ensures a high level of trust from clients.
  • Preparing training materials. You will also create and update training materials based on the company's needs, including sales scripts, CRM usage rules, briefings, etc. If you identify areas for improvement, you’ll have the opportunity to present your proposals to management and receive a cash reward.
  • Reporting. One of the key responsibilities is preparing and submitting weekly reports. By Friday at noon, the report must be ready and submitted, with the monthly report prepared by the end of the month. With this schedule, payments are made by the company by Friday at 6 p.m.

  3. Understanding of CRM systems and telephony. You must have a solid understanding of CRM systems and modern telephone technologies. Currently, the company uses its own CRM system and UniTalk telephony, so experience with similar tools will be an advantage.
  4. Responsibility and diligence. This position requires a high level of responsibility for fulfilling duties and paying attention to detail. You will handle crucial control aspects that directly impact the department’s performance.
  5. Vigilance and attention to detail. The ability to carefully check information, notice small details and defects in processes that can affect overall results. Ensuring accuracy and quality in all control measures is essential.
