Longer academic or vocational programs require a Student visa or other relevant route. When applying, it is advisable to include details of your course (confirmation letter, duration, institution) alongside your standard visitor documents (passport, financial evidence, accommodation and travel bookings, proof of ties to home country). A lawyer can review your case to ensure that the course falls within the permitted scope and that your application avoids any risk of refusal.
